Synopsis

Konseling kelompok adalah ruang perjumpaan yang memungkinkan individu belajar memahami diri, mendengarkan pengalaman orang lain, dan menemukan cara baru untuk menghadapi persoalan hidup. Buku Konseling Kelompok: Pendekatan Klasik, Humanistik, dan Relasional hadir untuk memperkenalkan konseling kelompok sebagai proses bantuan yang tidak hanya mencakup percakapan, tetapi juga melibatkan dinamika, hubungan, empati, tanggung jawab, dan perubahan. Buku ini menempatkan konseling kelompok sebagai layanan penting untuk membantu peserta didik berkembang secara pribadi, sosial, akademik, dan karier. Buku ini membahas konseling kelompok secara luas melalui tujuh bagian utama. Pembaca diajak memahami dasar-dasar konseling kelompok di sekolah, perspektif multikultural, evaluasi dan supervisi, hingga berbagai pendekatan konseling yang banyak digunakan dalam praktik, seperti Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Choice Theory dan Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, serta Motivational Interviewing.
