Bahan ajar Pengantar Bisnis ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada mahasiswa tentang berbagai aspek bisnis yang meliputi definisi, evolusi, lingkungan, manajemen, kewirausahaan, pemasaran, distribusi, dan promosi. Dengan pendekatan sistematis, bahan ajar ini mengintegrasikan teori dan praktik untuk membekali mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Pembahasan dimulai dengan konsep dasar bisnis yang menjelaskan ruang lingkup, tujuan, serta jenis-jenis bisnis, diikuti oleh evolusi bisnis dari era barter hingga era digital yang menekankan peran teknologi dalam transformasi model bisnis. Topik lain yang dibahas meliputi etika sebagai landasan moral dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis, strategi pemasaran berbasis data, hingga pentingnya distribusi dan promosi dalam membangun hubungan yang berkelanjutan dengan konsumen. Melalui bahan ajar ini, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan analitis, berpikir kritis, dan menerapkan nilai-nilai etika untuk menciptakan bisnis yang inovatif, berkelanjutan, dan kompetitif. Materi ini sangat relevan untuk menciptakan lulusan yang adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar global sekaligus berkontribusi pada pengembangan sosial dan ekonomi lokal.
